Exton Park’s 60-acre single vineyard site is planted on south-facingslopes in the South Downs National Park. Sustainability is woven into the roots of Exton Park, where the most naturalapproach to growing, managing, and harvesting fruit is taken. The team also remaincommitted to developing the biodiversity of the vineyard – with birds, bees, sheep,and wildflowers all playing their part in fertilising, controlling pests andenhancing the natural ecosystem. The number of reserves in each blend is reflected in the name of eachwine. For example, Exton Park RB23 Brut Rosé is created from a blend of 23wines. This unique approach has been pioneered by Head Winemaker Corinne Seelyto ensure consistency, quality, and complexity with each bottling This captivating Rosé combines precisely ripened Pinot Noir and PinotMeunier grapes, pressed with exceptional care and patience until the wineblushes pink.
